Kamyar Moinzadeh

President and Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Moinzadeh, president and CEO of Airbiquity, manages the Airbiquity executive management team, developing the company's strategy and setting its direction. He has more than 18 years of experience in the wireless industry. Mr. Moinzadeh previously served on Airbiquity's senior management team where he was instrumental in development and delivery of Airbiquity's products into the automotive market. He has also held senior positions at Netro Corporation, AT&T Wireless Services and Motorola. Mr. Moinzadeh was nominated as an Ernst & Young finalist for "Entrepreneur of the Year" in 2006 and was named to the Puget Sound Business Journal's 2008 "40 Under 40" list. Mr. Moinzadeh is also a founder and board member of Opanga Inc., is the author of several patents, and holds a B.Sc. in computer science from Washington State University.

John Atherly

Chief Financial Officer

As Airbiquity's CFO, Mr. Atherly is responsible for all financial and fiscal management aspects of the company's operations. Prior to 2008, he served as CFO for both eMagin Corporation and Click2learn, Inc. Throughout his career, Mr. Atherly has raised more than $200 million in financing for his companies. He has extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions, having completed transactions with a cumulative value of more than $100 million. In 2004, he completed the merger between Click2learn and their primary competitor Docent, Inc. to form SumTotal Systems, Inc. He holds a B.A. in business administration from the University of Washington.

Thomas W. Davis, Jr.

General Counsel

Mr. Davis advises Airbiquity on general corporate and business strategy matters including commercial transactions and intellectual property licensing, employment law and risk management. He also manages patent prosecution and complex litigation matters for the company. Mr. Davis has been practicing law in a variety of capacities for 15 years and is licensed in both Washington and Alabama. He is also an accredited certified fraud examiner. Prior to Airbiquity, Mr. Davis was a partner and chairman of the litigation support services practice at Moss Adams LLP. Mr. Davis holds a B.A. from the College of William and Mary and a J.D. from Samford University.

Leon Hong

Chief Technology Officer and Vice President of Product Development

Mr. Hong is responsible for the technical direction and development of Airbiquity and its product offerings. For more than 12 years he has been involved in product development and marketing of various key communications technologies, including 2G and 3G wireless systems, broadband wireless data, wireless radio protocols, IP telephony and networking, access networks, and wireless local loop. Prior to joining the company, Mr. Hong held various senior management and engineering positions developing products in several telecommunications companies, including TruePosition, UTStarcom, RadioFrame Networks, Broadstorm Telecom, AT&T Wireless and Nortel. Mr. Hong holds an M.S. in telecommunications and a B.S. in electrical engineering from the University of Louisiana.

David Jumpa

Senior Vice President, Global Business Development

Mr. Jumpa is responsible for global business development and sales and is credited for starting and leading the execution of Airbiquity's automotive business. He brings to Airbiquity more than 17 years of senior management, business development, sales operations and engineering leadership experience. Mr. Jumpa joined the company in 1999 and left in 2002 to successfully lead the start and eventual acquisition of Vox Technologies, Inc., a speech recognition company. He rejoined Airbiquity in 2005. Mr. Jumpa has held prior positions at Xypoint Corporation and Alltel (now Verizon Wireless), and has also served several other companies in a management or consulting role (TollFree Cellular, Conversay, BSQUARE Corporation and Jampac Technologies). Mr. Jumpa attended DeVry's computer science undergraduate program in Addison, IL.

Leo A. McCloskey

Vice President, Marketing & Product Management

Mr. McCloskey leads Airbiquity's marketing and product management team, bringing nearly two decades of experience in product management and marketing for services delivered from networks to the company. His expertise in services and networks has been honed in North America and Europe, and he has also lived in Japan. He was most recently vice president of marketing for IntelliTax, a provider of software and services for tax professionals, and has held senior leadership positions at Nexagent, Ebone and Terabeam. While at EDS, he defined a novel method for connecting customers to the EDS global service delivery infrastructure. Mr. McCloskey holds a B.A. in Russian studies and language from Dickinson College.

Justin Saye

Vice President, European Fleet Services

Mr. Saye is responsible for delivery of Airbiquity Fleet Services in Europe and leads the European office. He brings to Airbiquity 13 years of experience in technical service delivery, portfolio program management and management consulting. Prior to this position, he was the Director of Program Management at Airbiquity and held leadership positions with EDS, SRA and Axis Technologies. He has extensive experience in enterprise service delivery and implementing lean process efficiencies across global organizations. Mr. Saye holds a B.S. in Management, Information Systems from California State University and an MBA from Seattle University.

Jim W. Wasnick

Vice President of Operations

Mr. Wasnick provides direction and guidance to the company's operational activities with the objective of maximizing growth and profitability. Mr. Wasnick brings to Airbiquity more than 20 years of extensive software development, systems operations and customer service experience focused within the telecommunications industry. He was most recently vice president of service delivery for BubbleMotion, a provider of Voice SMS technology to wireless carriers. He has also held senior IT leadership positions at WilTel Communications, IBM Global Services, BellSouth Cellular and Bell Atlantic Mobile. Mr. Wasnick holds an MBA from Seton Hall University and a bachelor's degree from Montclair State University.
